As I feel the chilly air I feel autumn leave,
The colors of the leaves surround earth
with such wonderment and diguise,
My skin so delicate to the breeze that blows,
I stay longer to smell the scent that stirs,
I cannot break myself from this beautiful silence,
I feel at peace with the earth and within myself,
for the first time in years that have come to pass,
I know that love is waiting for me within the midst
of the colors of yellows, reds and oranges,
I can feel my soul rising with the leaves of turn,
To be one with the beauty of our nature,
To hear the melody that sings within my heart,
As the seasons change, I change with it,
But at all times am at peace with my surroundings,
True love will never faulter and to my faith I believe,
That in the future that lies before me,
My heart will feel the love that will overwhelm me
with my greatest accomplishments.
